Thirteen Things we have to do to OUR HOUSE!!!! 1. Paint all the walls! Inside and out! 2. Re-carpet the basement. 3. Clean the carpet upstairs. 4. Have the chimney swept. 5. Fill in all the little holes from nails from all the previous owners pictures. 6. Put dry wall in a section of the basement. 7. Put some shelves in the laundry room for more storage. 8. New toilet seat. 9. Have utilities put in our name. 10. Put up a privacy fence in the back yard. 11. Flowers in the Spring. 12. Put a garden in the back. 13. Most importantly...................
