Update
Well the crazy seller lady, counter offered. She wants full asking price or nothing. Shes like queen of never never land at this freaking point. The stuff we would have to do to this house would cost us a good 10000-15000 dollars. Shes on crack. But we have yet again asked for a counter offer to what she wanted. Im ready to throw something. Why does it have to be sooo stressful.......

Just remember, that everything happens for a reason. If this house doesn't work out, it just means there is a better one out there for you guys.
yeah thats how im thinking too, it was just depressing i guess. but hey it happens, we will find a house!!!
The most important thing is you have each other and you are together. Remember home is where your heart is!

Sellers can be very delusional! People rarely get full asking price for their homes. What is this woman thinking?
I agree - if this doesn't work out, it's because YOUR house is still out there!
Breathe. What a bummer...but see what you can do with it. (It'd serve her right to be stuck with it forever if she doesn't sell to you.)
